A white plate filled with chunks of cantaloupe and honeydew melon wrapped in prosciutto, topped with red grapes and secured with bamboo skewers.

We admit, this is not really a recipe, but prosciutto-wrapped melon chunks are easy to make, really pretty and everyone loves them, so we thought they were an appetizer worth documenting. For presentation, we like to top each piece with a seedless grape and skewer them with a pick.

    1. Hi Joan,
You can assemble these 4 to 6 hours in advance. Just cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, then bring them to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

Melon and prosciutto is a favorite of mine – I love the contrasting salty and sweet.
