Originating in Havana around the turn of the twentieth century, the Cuba Libre has remained one of the most refreshing rum cocktails you can drink.

- Freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lime about 1 tablespoon
- 2 lime wedges
- Well-chilled cola
Instructions
- Squeeze the lime juice into a double old-fashioned glass, add one lime wedge and muddle to release the oils.
