Cuba Libre
Simple cocktails can sometimes be the most refreshing, and the Cuba Libre, made with light rum, lime juice and chilled cola is a good example.

Ingredients

ounces
light rum
Freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lime
about 1 tablespoon
2
lime wedges
Well-chilled cola
Instructions
Squeeze the lime juice into a double old-fashioned glass, add one lime wedge and muddle to release the oils.
Add the rum, ice cubes and top with cola.
Stir gently and garnish with the remaining wedge of lime.
