This decadently delicious concoction is made with vanilla ice cream, milk, Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur and a float of butterscotch schnapps. It’s more of a dessert than a cocktail, and it makes a great finish for a St. Patrick’s Day dinner.

Bailey’s Milkshake

This easy, rich and delicious milkshake is made with vanilla ice cream, Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur, and butterscotch schnapps.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream, or other brand of Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps

Instructions 

  • Combine the ice cream, milk and Bailey's in a blender until smooth and frothy. Divide between 4 glasses and top each with 1/4 ounce of butterscotch schnapps.

      You can certainly omit the butterscotch schnapps. It adds a little extra flavor, but it’s a small amount so I doubt you would miss it.
