
This decadently delicious concoction is made with vanilla ice cream, milk, Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur and a float of butterscotch schnapps. It’s more of a dessert than a cocktail, and it makes a great finish for a St. Patrick’s Day dinner.

Bailey’s Milkshake
This easy, rich and delicious milkshake is made with vanilla ice cream, Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur, and butterscotch schnapps.
Ingredients
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream, or other brand of Irish cream liqueur
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
Instructions
- Combine the ice cream, milk and Bailey's in a blender until smooth and frothy. Divide between 4 glasses and top each with 1/4 ounce of butterscotch schnapps.

Does butterscotch schnapps have to be used?

Hi Sue,
You can certainly omit the butterscotch schnapps. It adds a little extra flavor, but it’s a small amount so I doubt you would miss it.
