Bailey's Milkshake

This decadently delicious concoction is made with vanilla ice cream, milk, Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur and a float of butterscotch schnapps. It’s more of a dessert than a cocktail, and it makes a great finish for a St. Patrick’s Day dinner.

      Hi Sue,
You can certainly omit the butterscotch schnapps. It adds a little extra flavor, but it’s a small amount so I doubt you would miss it.
