Homemade hot chocolate spiked with a shot of Irish cream liqueur makes a tasty grown-up treat and a nice addition to a holiday get-together.

Ingredients

unsweetened cocoa

tablespoon
sugar

whole milk

Irish cream liqueur

tablespoon
whipped cream
Instructions
Warm milk over low heat (do not boil) and whisk in cocoa and sugar.
Continue whisking until well blended and heated through.
Stir in the Irish cream liqueur and pour into a mug.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
