Cuban Peach Cocktail

The traditional Cuban Peach cocktail is a simple and refreshing drink made with white rum, peach schnapps and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice fresh peach
  • 1-1/2 parts white rum
  • 1-1/2 parts peach schnapps
  • 1/2 part freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Dash of simple syrup
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the peach slice in the bottom of a mixing glass, then fill with ice. Add the rum, peach schnapps, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously, strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
