2teaspoonstoasted sesame oil
2teaspoonsvegetable oil
20ouncefresh spinachwashed and dried
4scallionssliced
1tablespoonsesame seeds
Instructions
Heat the sesame and vegetable oils over medium-high heat in a large wok or nonstick pan. Add the spinach, a handful at a time, tossing with tongs until slightly wilted before adding more.
Once the spinach is wilted, add the scallions, sesame seeds, and a light sprinkling of salt and pepper. Continue to toss until everything is thoroughly coated in oil. The total cooking time should be no longer than 5 minutes.
