Raspberry Rose Cooler
Raspberries are the perfect fruit to pair with the floral notes of a good gin and this cocktail makes the most of that flavor combination. Made with muddled fresh raspberries, gin, lemon and few drops of fragrant rosewater, it’s a light, thirst-quenching cocktail that’s nice choice for summer drinking.
- 2 ounces gin
- 8 fresh raspberries
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 6 drops rose water (or more to taste)
- Chilled club soda
- Whole raspberries and a lemon wedge for garnish
- Muddle the raspberries, lemon wedge and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin and rosewater and shake.
- Transfer to a glass, fill with ice, top with soda and garnish with berries and a lemon wedge.
