Quiche is a decadent egg and cheese, (and whatever other meats and vegetables you desire) filling baked inside of a buttery flaky pie crust. If you are in a pinch, you can use a store-bought crust to save some time.
Quiche can also be prepared a day or two before your brunch. Simply, make the quiche and store it covered in your refrigerator. When you are ready to serve the quiche, reheat it at 325°F for about 15 to 20 minutes until warmed through.
