Inspired by the unique style and aromatic flavors of Scandinavian cuisine, this unique holiday menu features venison tenderloins, lightly seasoned with juniper, allspice, and fennel and served with a sauce made with caramelized goat cheese from Norway, sour cream and a splash of aquavit.

Although may think it sounds a bit exotic, venison tenderloin is surprisingly fast and easy to cook. All it takes is a quick sear in a hot pan and a few minutes in the oven to finish cooking.
