Made with white rum, fresh pineapple and cream of coconut, the Piña Colada is the official beverage of Puerto Rico.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cracked ice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 1/3 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or orange slice.
