Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cracked ice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cream of coconut
  • 1/3 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or orange slice.
