Somewhere in Thyme


  • 2 ounces Flor de Caña 4 Year Gold Rum
  • 1 ounce agave nectar (or simple syrup)
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 10 fresh thyme leaves
  • Sparkling wine or soda water


  1. Add thyme leaves and agave nectar to a Collins glass. Lightly press on the thyme leaves to release their flavor. Add the orange juice and the rum, stir, add ice and stir again. Top with the sparkling wine and serve.
