Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips
- Six 6-inch corn tortillas
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Stack the tortillas and cut them into 8 wedges each. Place them on the prepared sheet in a single layer and brush them lightly with the oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
