The Café Reggae is a Caribbean twist on Irish Coffee made with dark rum, coffee liqueur, dark crème de cacao, black coffee and a topping of whipped cream.

Made with dark rum, coffee liqueur, dark creme de cacao and black coffee, the Cafe Reggae is a Caribbean variation on Irish Coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 3/4 ounce Kahlua (or other coffee liqueur)
  • 1 ounce dark crème de cacao
  • Black coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the rum, coffee liqueur and creme de cacao to an Irish coffee mug. Fill with black coffee, stir, top with whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
