The Cafè Reggae is an easy to make Caribbean variation of Irish Coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 3/4 ounce Kahlua (or other coffee liqueur)
  • 1 ounce dark crème de cacao
  • Black coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the rum, coffee liqueur and creme de cacao to an Irish coffee mug. Fill with black coffee, stir, top with whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
