Bourbon Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1–1/2 to 2 tablespoons Kentucky bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on the medium-high setting until soft peaks form. Add the bourbon, vanilla extract and confectioners’ sugar and whip for another 20 to 30 seconds.
