Frozen Sparkling Kiwi Crush
1 Bottle of VOGA Italia Sparkling Wine
6 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Juice of 3 limes
Mint leaves, about 1/2 cup loosely packed
6 ice cubes
Mint sprigs for garnish
Combine the kiwi fruit, mint leaves, lime juice, ice cubes and half of the wine in a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into chilled glasses and top with the remaining wine.
Mix gently and garnish with mint sprigs. Makes 6 servings.
