Crimson Sparkler

The Crimson Sparkler
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Tavalon Crimson Punch Tea
1/2 teaspoon sweet vermouth
6 ounces sparkling wine, chilled
1 blood orange, sliced into wheels
Directions ~
Bring water to a boil, add sugar, and stir until dissolved. Add tea and steep 10 minutes. Strain and chill. Add 1 tablespoon of the prepared tea syrup along with the sweet vermouth to the sparkling wine. Garnish with orange wheel.
