Classic Mimosas Made New

The Mimosa is a common companion to brunch fare - light, sweet and deliciously sparkling.

These four Mimosa-style cocktails from Martini & Rossi break from tradition just enough to add new appeal to an old favorite.

Blushing Rosé

2 parts MARTINI Rosé
2 parts pink lemonade
Grenadine

Pour MARTINI Rosé and pink lemonade into a champagne flute. Top with grenandine and garnish with a lemon wheel.

Rise & Shine

MARTINI Asti
1 part Grey Goose L'Orange Vodka MARTINI Mimosas
1/2 part orange juice
1/2 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-1/2 parts pomegranate juice

Combine vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, pomegranate juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute. Top with MARTINI Asti.

Apple of my Eye

3 parts MARTINI Prosecco
2 parts MARTINI Extra Dry Vermouth
1 part apple juice

Pour the MARTINI Vermouth and apple juice into a champagne flute. Top with MARTINI Prosecco.

Asti Mimosa

2 parts chilled MARTINI Asti
1 part orange juice
Fresh strawberry

Pour the orange juice into a champagne flute. Top with MARTINI Asti and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
