Pear Flower Martini
Ingredients ~

2 parts pear vodka
1 part elderflower liqueur
3/4 part homemade sour mix (see below)
1/4 part champagne or sparkling wine

Directions ~

Add all ingredients except the champagne to an ice-filled shaker. Shake 20 times.

Pour into a chilled martini glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Homemade sour mix consists of 1 part water, 1 part sugar and 2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Combine the sugar and water in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake until the sugar is dissolved, then stir in the lemon juice.
