2 ounces Milagro Reposado
3/4 ounce agave nectar
1 ounce fresh lime juice
4 pineapple chunks
2 basil leaves
Lime wedge for garnish
Muddle the pineapple and basil in a mixing glass. Add ice, shake well, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with lime.
Variation: Strain into a highball glass, add 3 drops of Angostura Bitters, top with ginger beer.
