The Procession
Hibiscus is a popular ingredient in Mexico and it's tangy flavor adds complex layers to this vibrant, pink-red cocktail created to represent the annual Día de los Muertos celebration.
Ingredients ~
1-1/2 ounces Espolón Tequila Blanco
3/4 ounce white créme de cacao
1/2 ounce ruby port
3/4 ounce hibiscus tea, chilled
2 dashes orange bitters
Shake ingredients together with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twisted strip of orange peel.
