Ingredients ~

1 ounce Vida Tequila Añejo
2 ounces Kahlua
2 to 3 ounces cream
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1/4 ounce peppermint simple syrup

Directions ~

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled, cinnamon-sugar (2 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon) rimmed martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings and a peppermint stick.

To make peppermint simple syrup: Brew 10 ounces of peppermint tea, then combine while hot with 1-1/4 cups sugar. Stir until dissolved.
