Ingredients ~

2 ounces Partida Anejõ Tequila
6 ounces Hot Spiced Apple Cider (recipe follows)
Heavy cream

Directions ~

Combine cider or apple juice with one cinnamon stick, a few whole cloves, allspice berries, and strips of orange peel. Simmer the mixture slowly for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and strain.

In a small, warm wine glass add tequila and hot apple cider. Float heavy cream. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
