2 ounces Tequila Avión Añejo
3/4 ounce dry sherry
2 wedges of lemon
3/4 ounce of allspice infused simple syrup
Muddle cranberries, lemon and syrup in an ice-filled shaker. Add tequila and sherry and shake until frothy. Serve over fresh ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
To make allspice infused simple syrup, add 4 whole allspice berries to the sugar-water mix as it boils and allow to steep until cool.
