Frozen Sparkling Kiwi Crush

Made with sparkling wine, kiwi fruit, lime and mint, this frozen wine cocktail is a unique twist on classic Mojito.

Frozen Sparkling Kiwi Crush

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 Bottle of VOGA Italia Sparkling Wine
  • 6 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • Mint leaves, about 1/2 cup loosely packed
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Combine the kiwi fruit, mint leaves, lime juice, ice cubes and half of the wine in a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into chilled glasses and top with the remaining wine.

Mix gently and garnish with mint sprigs.

Makes 6 servings
