Irish Hot Chocolate: Homemade cocoa with Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur and whipped cream

A grown-up version of hot chocolate made with Irish cream liqueur.


Irish Hot Chocolate

  • Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream
  • Whipped cream

Preparation:
Warm milk over low heat (do not boil) and mix in cocoa and sugar. Continue to heat while stirring until smooth. Add Bailey's Irish Cream and top with whipped cream.

Makes 1 serving
