Valentine's Day Cocktails

If you're planning a romantic evening at home on Valentine's Day, consider mixing up one or two of these themed cocktails to enjoy before or after dinner.

Valentine's Day Cocktails
1. Hopeless RomantiX

1-1/2 ounces X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
4 chunks (1-inch) fresh pineapple
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce orange juice
2 ounces sparkling wine

Muddle the pineapple chunks with the orange juice, lemon juice and X-Rated Fusion Liqueur in a Collins glass. Add ice, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.

2. The SKYY Violet

1-1/2 ounces SKYY Vodka
3/4 ounces Crème de Violette
3 ounces dry sparkling wine
3 dashes orange bitters
Orange zest

Stir the vodka, bitters and Creme de Violette together with ice. Strain into champagne coup or flute and top with sparkling wine. Top with a little orange zest and garnish with an orange twist.

3. Cinnful Valentine

1 part Hiram Walker Original Cinn Cinnamon Schnapps
1 part cranberry juice
2 parts ginger ale
3 slices fresh ginger
4 whole cranberries

Build in a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with skewered cranberries and ginger slices.

4. SKYY Amore-tini

2 ounces SKYY Vodka
1/2 ounce X-Rated Fusion Liqueur
1/2 ounce Campari
Dash of fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

8. Love Letter

1 ounce Campari
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
3/4 ounce Cointreau
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons water
1/4 ounce grenadine
3 dashes bitters

Shake all ingredients together with ice. Pour over fresh ice in a highball glass and garnish with lime zest.

6. G'Spot

1-1/2 ounce G'Vine Floraison Gin
1/2 ounce Chambord
1/4 ounce simple syrup
1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
