1-1/2 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 part fresh pineapple juice
1 part Noilly Prat Sweet Vermouth or Martini and Rossi Rosso Vermouth
1/2 part fresh lime juice
1/2 part simple syrup
Pour ingredients over ice, with Bombay Sapphire Gin added last. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.
