Raspberry Rose Cooler
Ingredients ~
2 ounces gin
8 fresh raspberries
1 lemon wedge
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
6 drops rose water (or more to taste)
Chilled club soda
Whole raspberries and a lemon wedge for garnish
Directions ~
Muddle the raspberries, lemon wedge and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin and rosewater and shake. Transfer to a glass, fill with ice, top with soda and garnish with berries and a lemon wedge.
