Bols Genever

Bols Genever

Genever is a distilled spirit from Holland. It is made from malt wine, a carefully crafted mixture of distilled corn, wheat and rye, and a secret blend of juniper berries and other botanicals.

The Bols tradition began in 1664 when Lucas Bols first began distilling genevers, but the current recipe was perfected in 1820 and has been a favorite of bartenders ever since.

Bols Genever is a full-bodied spirit, complex and beautifully balanced ~ a perfect base for an outstanding cocktail.
