A Rose By Any Other Name
Ingredients ~
1-1/2 ounces Hendricks gin
3/4 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Splash of Wild Hibiscus Rose Syrup
1 egg white
1 Wild Hibiscus flower, for garnish
Directions ~
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a skewered Wild Hibiscus flower.
