Tasting notes ~

Sayuri means "a little lily" in Japanese, and Hakutsuru has created this pure Nigori sake from select rice and rice koji and natural spring water. The result is a smooth sake with a mild, natural sweetness and refreshing aroma. Alcohol by Volume: 12.5%

Pairing ~

The brewer suggests pairing with traditional Japanese foods like Yakitori or Sukiyaki as well as Western cuisine. We enjoyed it with broiled fish topped with parsley and butter.
