Refresher Cocktail

Refresher Cocktail
Ingredients ~

2 ounces Russian Standard Vodka
2 ounces coconut water
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce agave nectar
8 grapes

Directions ~

Shake Russian Standard Vodka, coconut water, lemon juice and agave nectar with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and drape grapes over the rim.

This is a low-cal cocktail at just 180 calories!

Mandarine Sour

Mandarine Sour
Ingredients ~

2 ounces Mandarine Napoléon
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce fresh egg white
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions ~

Thoroughly shake all ingredients and pour into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Cafe Reggae

Cafe Reggae
Ingredients ~

3/4 ounce dark rum
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 ounce dark creme de cacao
Black coffee
Whipped cream

Directions ~

Add the rum, coffee liqueur and creme de cacao to an Irish coffee mug. Fill with black coffee, stir and top with whipped cream.

Walker Blackberry Cosmo

Walker Blackberry Cosmo
Ingredients ~

2 parts Hiram Walker Blackberry Brandy
3/4 part Hiram Walker Triple Sec
1 part cranberry juice
3/4 part lemon juice

Directions ~

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

Sparkling Tequila Cocktails
Spiced Celebration Sparkler

1 ounce Camarena Reposado Tequila
1/2 ounce spiced orange syrup (recipe follows)
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 dashes classic bitters
2 ounces Brut Champagne

Directions ~

Combine tequila, syrup, lime juice and bitters in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Garnish with orange twist.

Wild Hibiscus Mimosa

Wild Hibiscus Mimosa
Ingredients ~

1 Wild Hibiscus Flower
1 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 ounce pink grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce Wild Hibiscus Syrup
5 ounce dry sparkling wine

Directions ~

Place flower in champagne flute. Shake next 3 ingredients on ice and carefully strain into champagne flute. Top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with long grapefruit zest.

Ingredients ~

2 ounces Beefeater Gin
3/4 ounce Dubonnet Rouge
1/2 ounce Mandarine Napoléon
1 dash of Angostura Orange Bitters

Directions ~

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist. (recipe adapted from "Drinks" by Jacques Straub, 1914)

Winter Spice Sangria

Winter Spice Sangria
Ingredients ~

1 bottle of Sandeman Founders Reserve Porto
4 ounces cinnamon schnapps
3 clementines, quartered
6 ounces cranberries
6 ounces cranberry juice
4 cinnamon sticks
18 ounces sparkling clementine juice or soda
Ground allspice to taste

Directions ~

Combine the Sandeman Founders Reserve, cinnamon schnapps, clementines, cranberries, cranberry juice and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher.

Cover tightly and place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Right before serving, add sparkling clementine juice/soda and sprinkle allspice on top.
