Pineapple Cocktail

Summer is a great time to experiment with seasonal cocktails - an opportunity to use the warm weather's freshest fruits to complement your favorite liquors in refreshing new ways! This cocktail recipe features pineapple with just a hint of banana flavor.

Pineapple Cocktail

2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. Skyy vodka
1 oz. banana liqueur, such as DeKuyper's Creme de Banana
Slice of fresh pineapple
Yellow rimming sugar

Pour pineapple juice, vodka and banana liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes and shake vigorously.

Rim a chilled martini glass with yellow sugar. Strain cocktail into martini glass, garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve.
