All of the following cocktail recipes were provided by PAMA Liqueur, a unique blend of all natural pomegranate juice, premium vodka and a touch of imported tequila with a sweet-tart flavor and rich ruby color.
1 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz. Orange Flavor Liqueur
1/2 Lime, pressed
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Combine ingredients in an iced cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
1 1/2 oz. Smirnoff Apple Twist
3/4 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
Splash Cranberry Juice
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
This cocktail would be perfect to serve with brunch in place of a classic Mimosa.
1 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
3 oz. Champagne
Assemble the first three ingredients in a cocktail glass with ice. Slowly pour in the Champagne while stirring very gently to retain bubbles. Strain into a Champagne flute and garnish with an orange zest.
2 parts PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1 part Club Soda
Serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
3 oz. brandy
1 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate liqueur
3 oz. Darjeeling tea with cloves
Brew tea first. In an Irish coffee mug, pour brandy and pomegranate liqueur. Pour hot tea and stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange peel.
1 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz. Sour Apple Vodka
1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Mix ingredients in martini shaker. Shake well. Serve on the rocks.
5 oz. Sparkling Wine
2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
Mix ingredients and serve in a Champagne flute.
1 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Pink Grapefruit Juice
Lemon Wedge
Coarse sugar, for garnish
Rub a wedge of lemon around the rim of martini glass and dip the glass into a plate of coarse sugar. Set it aside. Pour the remaining ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the garnished martini glass.

Pomegranate is a delicious juice that is not overly tart, so I'm not surprised they are making their way to cocktail bars. *Clink*

It really makes a nice drink, not overly sweet like some liqueurs. It's wonderful mixed with a Brut champagne!
