Hop Kiln Winery is a lovely 19th-century ranch in Sonoma County's Russian River Valley. In addition to producing fine wines, they make delicious mustards, vinegars, vinaigrettes and dessert sauces.
Hop Kiln's Black Fig Vinegar is a unique fig-flavored vinegar accented with a hint of vanilla. The Black Fig Vinegar would be delicious drizzled over poached pears and vanilla ice cream or splashed into salads.
