Each chapter corresponds with a month of the year, and within each chapter Brown provides decorating tips and recipes for each thematic event.

For example, for the month of December, the celebration is a Christmas brunch. All of the decorations and recipes are designed to blend together for a seamless, well organized event.

I don't generally host celebrations, but with Katie Brown Celebrates as a reliable resource, I certainly wouldn't hesitate becoming hostess at the next family event.
