Elsylee's all-natural artisan cookies are baked fresh in small batches with only the highest quality organic ingredients. Each European-inspired variety is packaged beautifully and pairs well with fine teas, coffees or dessert wines.

The cookies we sampled included: Sevilla (pictured here), St. Marteen, New Delhi, Papeete and Paris. They were all, in a word, phenomenal.

Each offered a subtle sweetness, an incredibly fresh flavor and the luscious buttery taste of a homemade treat.

My favorite variety was Sevilla, a truly delectable Almond Snowball dusted with Nielsen-Massey Madagascar-Bourbon Whole Vanilla Bean Sugar. These cookies are positively irresistible and melt in your mouth.

The New Delhi was an exotic treat, thanks to the Valencia orange and curry spice. For a chocolate fix, try the Paris - an almond shortbread cookie filled with hazelnut-infused chocolate truffle.

The Papeete is a light and airy coconut meringue cloud topped with sparkling sugar, and the St. Marteen is a thumbprint cookie with cordon rose guava-framboise conserve.
