This fabulous holiday dinner menu is all about rich flavors and elegant presentation. A standing rib roast is an impressive main course that nearly everyone loves and the bonus for the cook is that it's really easy to prepare.

Our menu includes an appetizer of Brandied Chicken Liver Paté, side dishes of Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Classic Creamed Spinach, and, for a sweet finish we chose Figgy Pudding Cake, a moist, spicy concoction that is rich with traditional holiday flavors.
