Kouzzina By Cat Cora At Walt Disney World ResortChef Cat Cora is joining forces with the Walt Disney World Resort to open a new Mediterranean-style family dining restaurant this fall. Chef Cora said that the restaurant will feature "time-honored recipes passed down from my ancestors, as well as my favorite Greek and Mediterranean dishes that my family loves."

Kouzzina, (which is the Greek word for "kitchen" pronounced "koo-zee-nah") will be replacing Spoodles at Disney's BoardWalk Resort.

Culinary Artist Spotlight on Chef Phillip Ponticelli of Disney's CitricosChef Phillip Ponticelli has spent 10 years of his more than 20 years as a chef with the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL. Chef Ponticelli is an alumni of The Culinary Institute of America.

He expanded his culinary education even further with a 5-year Italian apprenticeship under Chef Tomas Filomina and a Swiss baking apprenticeship under Chef Stefan Blazer.
