Rum Raisin Rice PuddingNeed a quick dessert, but short on time? Try dressing up some store bought rice pudding.

Place 1/2 cup of dark rum in a glass measure and microwave for 15-30 seconds to warm it slightly. Put a half cup of golden raisins in a small bowl, pour the rum over them (make sure they are submerged) and allow to stand for about 20 minutes. After the raisins have "plumped", add a 22 ounce container of rice pudding along with some cinnamon, nutmeg and an extra splash of rum.
