Foods Of VietnamWe've enjoyed preparing quite a few of Nicole Routhier's recipes from "The Foods Of Vietnam." The fresh ingredients found in Vietnamese food make it a beautifully colorful cuisine, and the photography and styling you'll find in this book more than does it justice.

This recipe collection would not necessarily be classified as quick and easy. Most are not difficult, but they do require a bit of advance planning and thought.

You can't go wrong with Routhier's recipes for traditional favorites like the Goi Cuon (Fresh Spring Rolls) served with peanut sauce or the Grilled Beef With Lemongrass.
