Wine Class for Beginners - Part 2: "Building Your Wine Expertise", focuses on key information about the world of wine:

Main wine regions, grapes and blends

Principles of food and wine pairing

New world wine vs old world wine: why it is important to know the difference

Wine etiquette: the dos and don'ts at restaurants, liquor stores or business functions

Wine buying: outsmart the system.

The price of these seminars is $49/Person per Class, including class material, tasting of 6 wines, cheese and crackers during the tasting, a plate of appetizers at the end of the presentation. Most people attend these seminars after work and our dress code is business casual. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate. Class attendance is capped to ensure that educational aspects are accessible to all. Many participants come alone, in couple or in groups of 3 to 4 friends. Social interaction during the tasting allows also for new friendships to develop. Class presenters are wine industry veterans with a great sense of humor and a passion for presenting the world of wine.

Next classes are scheduled on May 22 (Part 1: Ultimate Sensory Experience) and May 29 (Part 2: Building Your Wine Expertise). Due to the success of this program, these classes are now offered on a monthly basis.
