If you're looking to ditch your traditional holiday menu for something new and exciting, the American Culinary Federation Culinary Team USA and master chef Edward Leonard have developed holiday menus that you can make at home.
The collection includes three recipes suggested for Hanukkah celebrations, two main dishes for Christmas and three innovative creations for New Year's Eve festivities. Naturally, you can feel free to mix and match the dishes and the holidays any way you see fit.
The American Culinary Federation was founded in 1929 and today boasts nearly 20,000 members across the nation. ACF provides culinary educational resources, training, apprenticeship programs and accreditation, in addition to managing the most comprehensive certification program for chefs in the country.
The ACF Culinary Team USA, which is composed of a six-member national team, two regional teams with five members each, and a five-member youth team with members less than 23 years old, represents the U.S. in major national and international culinary competitions.
