The weekend program at NICHE includes cooking demonstrations, gourmet lunches and dinners, cheese and wine tastings, rum tastings, beach parties and a focus on Caribbean foods and cuisine.

Here is a sampling of just a few of the exciting events NICHE has to offer:

Friday, October 17th ~

An evening party at Coco Beach, including a barbecue, martini tasting bar, rum tasting bar and music and dancing under the stars.

Saturday, October 18th ~

An afternoon rum and chocolate pairing from the former marketing director of Bacardi.

An evening at the Cabana of the Four Seasons Resort, including multiple tasting stations of gourmet food from their team of international chefs, wine pairings, cognac tastings, cigar rolling demonstrations and aged rum tastings.

Sunday, October 19th ~

The closing event of NICHE is a gourmet lunch prepared by the chefs of Team St. Kitts Nevis - a three-course meal including a mini cheese and wine pairing.
