If anyone can turn a standard comfort food like macaroni and cheese into a gourmet art form, it's Tillamook Cheese. For the fourth year in a row, Tillamook is accepting recipe submissions for their Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Contest. To find out all the contest details, click here.
So, if you love macaroni and cheese or just the sheer thrill of competition, give the contest a go. The finalists will be determined by a professional chef and will get to compete in a cook-off in Portland, Oregon. The winner stands to win $5,000, and even if you're a runner-up, you'll score $1,000 and 15 pounds of Tillamook cheese.
