The Third Annual Gluten-Free Culinary Summit is scheduled for September 19-21, 2008 in Providence, Rhode Island. The weekend is packed full of seminars, demonstrations, recipe tastings and discussions on gluten-free cooking and baking.
The annual summit is a premiere source of trend-setting alternatives to wheat-based recipes and is open to any interested foodies.
The 2008 Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival (Feb. 21 - 24, 2008) promises to be absolutely "D'Vine." The festival will kick off with the D'Vine Divas dinner hosted at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, FL on Thursday, February 21.
This festival highlight is a multi-course meal prepared by talented chefs and fine winemakers, hosted by Samantha Shanken of Wine Spectator magazine, master sommelier Laura De Pasquale and Yvonne Roberts of the Biltmore Cellar Club. The dinner includes a silent auction which benefits the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.

The 12th Annual EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival ran September 28 through November 11, 2007, and it would seem from the turnout this past year that its popularity has grown to new heights over the past decade.
