Nancie McDermott's "Quick & Easy Thai" is one of our favorite Asian cookbooks, so when she published "Quick & Easy Vietnamese" in 2006, we hoped for another winner. She did not disappoint us. The passion that the author has for Thai food has obviously carried over to Vietnamese cuisine. As in her past volume, this book has a glossary of ingredients to help with shopping and planning.
