The Seven Symbols of Kwanzaa

Traditional Kwanzaa TableKwanzaa is a non-denominational African American holiday in which celebrants appreciate family, community and culture.

The name Kwanzaa comes from "matunda ya kwanza" which translates from Swahili as "first fruits." The seven nights of Kwanzaa correspond to seven principles and seven symbols, and each night is commemorated by a candle-lighting ceremony.

Uncorking Made Easier with Penguin Corkscrew

Penguin Corkscrew

Wine Things Unlimited has created a new corkscrew, the Penguin EZ Pull Corkscrew, that solves the frustrating problem of uncorking a wine bottle. The Penguin uses a unique cylinder-and-lever patented system that will work on any bottle of wine.

All you have to do is remove the foil with the included foil cutter; next, simply place the Penguin over the top of the bottle, pull the lever down and then lift it back up to easily remove the cork from the bottle. Superhuman strength not required.

The Penguin EZ Pull Corkscrew works on natural and synthetic corks, and Wine Things Unlimited includes an extra corkscrew for replacement after you open your first 1,000 bottles.
